Formal Interview

A formal interview: a structured, scheduled meeting to evaluate candidacy and mutual suitability for an employment position. The interview will provide an opportunity for the prospective employer to ask predetermined questions and have a professional conversation with the candidate. Questions will generally be focused on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience related to the role.

The candidate will also prepare a set of questions for the potential employer, and may provide them in advance.

An introductory call must take place prior to booking this option with the candidate.
