Whether its the road less travelled, or road well-traversed, little does more than to enhance our worldview than exposure to people and places different than our own...

From a young child, nothing excited me more than the prospect of spending time in a new, unknown place.

I loved all aspects of travel: from hearing my mother describe our itinerary, to packing my little bag, to loading into our family vehicle. I could sit in the window seat for hours, watching the world speed by beyond the glass. Every vignette sparked my imagination; each passing minute built the anticipation of the destination.
In a time before cell phones and video screens, the changing landscapes of the journey was all I needed.

When I was 10 years old, I made my first overseas trip to Europe. This trip has gone on to be one of my most memorable. I was a young girl scout attending a World Jamboree with a youth group of all ages - and I was the youngest of the bunch. While a little nervous at the prospect of being away for almost three months, I thrived on the experience, trading in predictability for daily adventures, and sleep with the privilege of seeing world famous sites up close. Living out of a suitcase wasn't a problem at all, a testament as any to being a Sagitarian.

After that, I dreamed he about being so far from home started as a statement against the sloppy professional standards that dominated the field of construction services 20 years ago. We wanted to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving our client's problems.

The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do.
