Introduction call

The introductory call is a brief, informal conversation between the recruiter and potential candidate, typically 15–30 minutes long. The objective will be to assess mutual interest and fit before moving to more formal stages. During the call we will discuss my background and experience, the position, salary expectations and a mutual fit.

The goal is for both parties to determine if there is a basis for further discussion.
